About Dr. Sekou Siby

Dr. Sekou Siby is the founder and CEO of SIBS Consulting Services, with more than 20 years of leadership experience in the nonprofit sector. A former Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer, Dr. Siby brings practical insight from the field alongside academic expertise as a Doctor of Business Administration.

His consulting work focuses on building leadership capacity, implementing systems, and supporting nonprofit teams in real-time. He specializes in mentoring new and overextended leaders, and guiding teams through complex change, from strategy to execution.
